No online forms are filled in on this site and there is no membership system. The data processed is limited to:
- Contact data: the name, phone number, e-mail address and message content you share when you contact us of your own accord by phone, e-mail or via the contact details on the site.

4. Transfer of Data
Site usage statistics are processed via the Google Analytics, HubSpot and Ahrefs analytics services. As these providers’ servers may be located abroad, the use of the related cookies may constitute an international data transfer and is subject to your explicit consent. Beyond this, your personal data is not shared with, sold or rented to third parties; it may be disclosed to competent authorities only where legally required.
5. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your Rights under KVKK
Under article 11 of KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about such processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with it,
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of the data within the scope of KVKK art. 7,
- Request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
